Gord is an outstanding example of service excellence. I was going through a very difficult time and he was cheerful, helpful and extremely calming. I felt very well looked after. He, in my books, went way above and beyond in customer service. His follow through and commitment to job excellence is second to none. I have the best real estate agent EVER. The home inspector that he arranged for me (Assured Home Inspections) was professional, thorough and completely worth the investment. I figure he saved me about $40 to $50 thousand on the first house I put an offer on and which I did not purchase. On the second house I knew exactly what I was getting into, what needed to be done and pretty much which order it needed to be done in. No surprises, no extras. Not only was the second house cheaper, but it needed way fewer, and way less critical, repairs. Kudos to both!!
